How To Find My True Measurements

Step 1: Find Your Waist Size

Measure around your waist using a clothing measuring tape at your belly button. Hold the measuring tape flush to your skin without squeezing too tight.

Step 2: Find Your Inseam Length*

Follow the picture below to measure your rise and inseam length, which you can do on yourself or your favorite pair of jeans. Measure from the lowest crotch to the stated length of the pant. Take the measurement on the inside of the leg.

Step 3: Find Your Pant Rise*

Measure from the lowest crotch point up to the stated rise of the pants.


*These measurements can be taken on either your own body or on your favorite pair of jeans.

 

What are Springy's shipping options?

During checkout, Springy Jeans account holders and guests have the option of USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage shipping. Customers will receive shipping tracking information via email or text. Shipping costs vary based on weight and location. We offer the following shipping options:

USPS Priority Mail 

  • Orders over 16 ounces
  • Handling Time: 1- 3 days
  • Delivery Time: 1-3 days

USPS Ground Advantage Mail

  • Orders under 16 ounces
  • Handling Time: 1- 3 days
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 days

International Orders

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. You can see estimated shipping costs reflected at checkout.

 

Once we have shipped an item, we are not responsible and do not refund for any lost of stolen packages, so please double check to ensure the shipping address is correct and secure.

    What is Springy's return policy?

    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on vintage clothing. 

    Vintage clothing can be decades old and will show wear in some way or another. While we do our best to describe each product in detail and provide close up photos where necessary, the reality is that each customer has their own threshold for what they will enjoy or dislike. If we sell it, we believe the garment is special and has potential to pair well with other items to create an appealing outfit. Be sure to check each listing for additional photos of condition and the description for any listed signs of wear.

    • We made a mistake in your shipping information.
    • We didn't catch excessive damage and did not describe or detail the damage with photos.
