Your typical sizes at current brands are the sizes you want to purchase from Springy Jeans. Over decades of use, clothing can change in many ways. Individual pieces can shrink, stretch, or even stay true to size depending on fabric content and the sizing trends of the garment’s production era. For this reason we do NOT use the original tag size. Instead, our staff measures all garments in this category individually and assigns each piece a new size.
Shipping and Returns
What are Springy's shipping options?
During checkout, Springy Jeans account holders and guests have the option of USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage shipping. Customers will receive shipping tracking information via email or text. Shipping costs vary based on weight and location. We offer the following shipping options:
USPS Priority Mail
- Orders over 16 ounces
- Handling Time: 1- 3 days
- Delivery Time: 1-3 days
USPS Ground Advantage Mail
- Orders under 16 ounces
- Handling Time: 1- 3 days
- Delivery Time: 2-5 days
International Orders
- The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. You can see estimated shipping costs reflected at checkout.
Once we have shipped an item, we are not responsible and do not refund for any lost of stolen packages, so please double check to ensure the shipping address is correct and secure.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Los Angeles, CA upon request. If you are a stylist under a deadline, have a specific pickup request, or want to stop by our showroom send us a DM on Instagram or email at customerservice@springyjeans.com
What is Springy's return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on vintage clothing.
Vintage clothing can be decades old and will show wear in some way or another. While we do our best to describe each product in detail and provide close up photos where necessary, the reality is that each customer has their own threshold for what they will enjoy or dislike. If we sell it, we believe the garment is special and has potential to pair well with other items to create an appealing outfit. Be sure to check each listing for additional photos of condition and the description for any listed signs of wear.
Exceptions
- We made a mistake in your shipping information.
- We didn't catch excessive damage and did not describe or detail the damage with photos.
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
